Terms of Use
Rules for using Cutthroat Cup.
Last updated May 27, 2026.
1. What Cutthroat Cup Is
Cutthroat Cup is an independent fantasy tournament game where users create or join leagues, draft tournament shares, track Cutthroat Cash, resolve roster conflicts, and participate in in-game waiver mechanics.
Cutthroat Cash is an in-game scoring unit only. It is not money, cannot be withdrawn, and has no cash value.
2. Unofficial Status
Cutthroat Cup is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to FIFA, any tournament organizer, federation, team, data provider, betting market, or broadcast partner. Team, tournament, and event names may be used only to identify real-world sporting events for gameplay.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. You may not use the service to spam, harass, scrape, interfere with other users, or attempt to bypass rate limits, invite rules, draft rules, or league access controls.
4. Leagues and Gameplay
Public leagues use default settings. Private leagues may include commissioner controls and custom settings. We may correct obvious scoring, data, or system errors when needed to keep league play fair. Live sports data, odds, editorial content, and match information can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.
5. Free Launch Season
Public and private leagues are currently free during the launch season. If paid features return later, the payment terms will be shown before purchase.
6. Editorial and Third-Party Information
Cutthroat Clod and related editorial features may use AI-assisted research and writing. Editorial content is for entertainment and game context only. It is not betting, financial, legal, or professional advice.
7. Changes and Availability
We may update the service, these terms, scoring rules, or availability over time. We may suspend or restrict accounts that abuse the platform or create risk for other users.
