A 12-manager, 48-country tournament league clones the field into three pools, creating 144 draftable shares.

4. Resolve conflicts
If two teams you own are scheduled to play each other, you must keep one and cut one.
5. Bid on cut teams
Cut teams hit blind waivers. Managers who do not already own that country can bid from their wallet.
6. Finish rich
The league ends with the final table. Highest Cutthroat Cash wins. Tied top balances are co-champions.
